We keep this simple, because the site is simple. This website is an informational page about GW Capital. It has no accounts, no forms, and no trackers beyond the basics described below.

What we collect

The site itself collects no personal information. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to submit.

• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate region, browser, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to run and secure the service.
• Email. If you email us, we receive what you send: your address and your message. We use it to reply and to evaluate whatever you have raised with us, and we do not add you to any marketing list.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent information about you to anyone.
• We don’t run advertising or ad trackers.
• We don’t share what you send us, except with our own advisors when it is relevant to a matter you have brought to us, or where the law requires it.

Confidentiality

If you contact us about your business, we treat that fact and anything you share as confidential. If a conversation progresses, we will put a written confidentiality agreement in place before exchanging anything sensitive.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an actual or potential matter, and delete it when it is not. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.

If we change this policy, we will change it on this page and update the date above.
